ORIGIN

This coffee is a blend of two coffees, the Brazilian from Jose Maria (the same as in The sap ) and Mr. Abuhasen Reba , our natural Ethiopian from the Harvest series.

ROASTING

Brazilian coffee is developed enough to give texture to the coffee. It's the one that gives us the nutty and chocolate notes. The roast of M. Abuhasen Reba, on the other hand, is fruit-oriented while adding a touch of acidity.

TASTING

We designed this blend to achieve a fruity espresso with low acidity. A great taste experience, easy to extract, and accessible to all.

It is best enjoyed as an espresso with a touch of milk (cortado, macchiato, cappuccino), or as a long shot. It can also be enjoyed as a filter.
