Grown between 1400 and 1600 meters above sea level in San Agustin Loxicha, Oaxaca (Mexico), this washed Pluma Hidalgo coffee reveals notes of honeydew melon, maple taffy, and hazelnut orange. Its mild and sweet cup is ideal as an espresso, a milky beverage, or a classic filter. The acidity is very present and balanced by a pleasant sweetness.

Produced by young Zapotec farmers in a rich, temperate forest environment, each grain is hand-harvested and carefully transported, respecting local traditions.
