INGREDIENTS
3 pieces of watermelon 20 ml Monin watermelon syrup 30 ml gin 15 ml fresh lemon juice crushed ice 60 ml sparkling wine
Glass : Martini/Cocktail
Glass size : 355 oz.
Trim : lime zest , mint sprig
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix the fruits/herbs and MONIN product(s) in a shaker.
- Add the remaining ingredients except the sparkling drink.
- Cap and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a chilled serving glass.
- Top with sparkling drink and garnish.
