Infusion

• Boil water to 180 F or 90 C for a perfect infusion.
• Add a teaspoon of leaves to a cup, add water, and let it steep for about 3 minutes. Do not remove the leaves from the cup.
• Add water until the flavor is gone.
• You can add our blueberry honey to delicately sweeten your tea.
