Refund Policy
Eugène Allard Cuisine et Tendances is committed to providing the best possible customer service. For this reason, it must adhere to return policies and supplier warranties.
For returns of unused merchandise, Eugène Allard allows a maximum of 30 days after receipt of the order to accept the return of an item. These returns will have no associated fees if returned directly to one of the Eugène Allard Cuisine et Tendances stores, but will be at the sender's expense if sent by mail.

For items with a defect, Eugène Allard Cuisine et Tendances allows a maximum of 3 months after receipt of the order to accept the return of an item. The person requesting a return of defective merchandise must contact customer service at 418-549-4747 or by email at contact@eugeneallard.com . Customer service will reserve 24 hours to respond to the request. Following acceptance of this request, Eugène Allard Cuisine et Tendances will assume responsibility for the return of the merchandise and the exchange.
*Each returned item must be provided with intact packaging and with proof of the original invoice.
