Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms of Use shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Province of Quebec, in the Judicial District of Saguenay, unless the applicable laws of your jurisdiction require that the laws of such jurisdiction govern these Terms of Use.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect
