Refund policy

At Eugène Allard, we are committed to providing the best possible customer service. To ensure a fair and consistent experience, we follow our return policy and the warranty terms provided by our suppliers.

For unused merchandise, returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns are free of charge when made in person at any Eugène Allard Cuisine et Tendances store. If you choose to return an item by mail, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Certain conditions apply.

For defective items, returns are accepted within 3 months of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at 418-549-4747 or by email at contact@eugeneallard.com. We aim to respond to all requests within 24 hours. Once your request has been approved, Eugène Allard Cuisine et Tendances will cover the cost of returning the defective item and arrange for an exchange.

Please note: All returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase (original invoice).
