Shipping Policy

All orders of $99.99 or more before taxes qualify for free shipping. Orders under $99.99 will incur a flat shipping fee of $10.

Eugène Allard uses Canada Post for the delivery of items sold online.

Eugène Allard reserves a maximum of 3 to 4 business days to ship sold items. Afterward, Canada Post will process the packages for delivery to recipients according to their standards, which normally take 1 to 5 business days depending on the delivery area.

International orders:

We do not currently offer international shipping. Orders can only be shipped within Canada.
