Shipping Policy

All orders of $95 or more before taxes qualify for free shipping. Orders under $95 will incur a flat shipping fee of $10.

Eugène Allard uses GLS and Canada Post for the delivery of items sold online.

Eugène Allard reserves a maximum of 3 to 4 business days to ship sold items. Afterward, GLS or Canada Post will process the packages for delivery to recipients according to their standards, which normally take 1 to 5 business days depending on the delivery area.

Local delivery:

Local delivery is available only to residents within a 55 km radius of our Chicoutimi store. Local delivery is free for orders of $95 or more; otherwise, a flat fee of $10 applies.

Your order will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours, often sooner. You will receive a notification by SMS and email when your driver arrives to pick up your order and when they are en route. Please note that deliveries are only made during business hours, until 4:00 PM, and are not available on weekends.

International orders:

We do not currently offer international shipping. Orders can only be shipped within Canada.
