RECIPE
• Place the rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 400°F (200°C).
• On a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, place the salmon fillet.
• Brush with balsamic vinegar, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with seasoning.
• Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes or until the fish albumen just begins to ooze out, forming a few whitish drops on the surface.
• Place under the grill for 1 to 2 minutes.
