Aluminum pressure cooker designed for home canning and pressure cooking. Induction-compatible thanks to its stainless steel base. Its large 21 L capacity allows for preparing large quantities of food.

Recommended for canning vegetables, meats, poultry, and seafood. Can also be used as a stockpot for fruits, jams, jellies, pickles, and salsa.

The adjustable regulator allows for maintaining a pressure of 5 lb, 10 lb, or 15 lb. The lid locking system prevents opening until the pressure is safely reduced.
