The SG2 steel blades with microcarbide powder, protected by 100 layers of steel and ice-hardened (CRYODUR), offer a durable and precise edge. The elegant and ergonomic Karelian birch (Masur) handles complete these exceptional pieces, handcrafted in Seki, Japan.
