Originating from the highlands of Gayo Aceh in Sumatra, Arisarina Coffee is cultivated by the Arisarina cooperative, founded in 2013 to improve crop quality while preserving the ecosystem.

This semi-washed (wet-hulled / giling basah) coffee develops an intense body and chocolatey, fruity flavors, with subtle notes of dark chocolate, dates, and almonds. Thanks to its unique drying process, it offers a cup with rich, deep aromas, typical of Sumatran coffees.

A perfect choice for lovers of full-bodied and complex coffees, with a lovely roundness in the mouth.
