This coffee is naturally decaffeinated with cane sugar, a process that preserves all the richness of the aromas. After steaming, the beans are placed in a solution of water and ethyl acetate (a natural compound derived from the fermentation of sugarcane), allowing for a gentle extraction of caffeine while preserving the original flavors.

In the cup, this decaffeinated coffee reveals sweet notes of apple and brown sugar, medium acidity and a delicious finish of hazelnut and chocolate.
