Café Jinotega follows previous batches Los Milagros, Idealista, and Sabino y Maria, continuing GMCG's commitment to improving farmers' livelihoods and reducing the environmental impact of coffee growing.

Although considered a volume lot, each pound of this coffee is 100% traceable by producer, plot and variety, with careful monitoring at every stage, from drying to picking.

In the cup, it offers a complex and balanced profile, with a gentle, controlled acidity, a lovely natural sweetness and gourmet notes reminiscent of almond pastry and cranberry jam.
