Sourced from the San Francisco farm in Juayua, El Salvador, Cerro Las Ranas coffee is grown by the Salaverria family and imported by Republica Coffee Traders. Its name, meaning "frog hill," comes from the thousands of frogs that live on the edge of the volcanic crater where the farm is located.

Thanks to a honey process, approximately 80% of the mucilage is retained in the bean during sun-drying, which intensifies its natural sugar content. In the cup, this coffee offers a beautiful roundness, a subtle malic acidity, and delicious notes of toffee and fudge, particularly pleasant with milk.
