Inspired is roasted from a Costa Rican bean of the Tarrazu variety. Tarrazu is grown at very high altitudes, which gives it a delicacy and a natural sweetness. It is considered by many to be one of the best coffee beans in the world. After several roasting tests and a multitude of tastings, our master roaster came to the conclusion that a blend of different types of roasts would be ideal for our Inspired. You will find a delicate yet smooth bitterness as well as a beautiful, clear acidity with hints of red fruit. It's like biting into a chocolate/raspberry cake. It is suitable for all types of grinders and extractions. Enjoy.
