Available from June to September, the Spring-Summer seasonal blend evolves each year, but always maintains its objective: to offer a slightly ambitious, balanced and luminous espresso.

This season's blend combines a Brazilian classic with two floral coffees: a washed Ethiopian Heirloom and a Colombian Bourbon Rose. Unlike regular blends, the coffees are blended post-roast, allowing for a specific roasting process for each origin.

The result? A medium-bodied coffee with rich caramel notes, a floral finish, and even a hint of milk chocolate in a latte. Ideal for hot or cold batch brews and summer espressos!
