In Bali, spice pastes called bumbu are commonly prepared using a combination of fresh and dried spices. We've combined a variety of spices, including galangal and lime leaf, to give dishes the signature Balinese bumbu flavor. This blend is great for all kinds of curries (meat and non-meat), and can also enhance soups, fish dishes with coconut milk, and tempeh recipes.
