This compact santoku knife offers the versatility of a traditional santoku in a more manageable size. Ideal for precisely slicing meats, cheeses, vegetables, and nuts during food preparation.
The wide blade and lowered tip make slicing, chopping, and mincing easier. The MicroDot® dimples reduce friction and help release thin slices and sticky ingredients easily.
Made from Japanese 420J2 stainless steel, the blade is entirely forged and sharpened using a traditional Japanese leather strop. It is cold-hardened to achieve a Rockwell hardness of 53 HRC, ensuring precision and durability.
The full tang construction with a G10 fiberglass handle secured by three rivets offers strength, stability and a comfortable grip.
