Create a beautiful sunflower-shaped crust with a round center for the top of your 8" or 9" pie, or reverse the process by cutting out your pastry and placing the cut pieces on top of your pie. This cutter isn't just for pies. This sunflower cutter can also be used with sugar paste or marzipan to decorate the top of your cakes.

Instructions :

1. Roll out the pie dough to a thickness of 1/8" / 0.32 cm, ensuring that the surface will cover the width of your pie.
2. Dip the cutter in flour, then place it lightly on the dough.
3. Press firmly vertically to cut.
4. Use a palette knife or spatula to remove the paste from the cut area.
5. Place the pastry crust on top of your pie filling.
6. Pinch or squeeze the dough to attach it to your bottom layer of pie crust.

Use and Maintenance:
Before first use and after each use, hand wash in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth before storing.
