Mulled wine is a traditional drink much loved in Nordic countries and makes a wonderful accompaniment to the many holidays that take place at the end of the year. Recipe: 1 liter of red wine, 4 tablespoons of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of mulled wine mix, 2 orange slices, 1 lemon. Stir and heat over low heat for 15 minutes, a warming treat on cold days.
