Dukkha is an Egyptian blend of nuts and spices. Our blend contains paprika, cumin, coriander, pepper, and sesame seeds, which we suggest grinding with almonds or other nuts.

For every 2 parts walnuts, add one part spice and serve as a dip with a good olive oil. First dip the bread in the oil, then in the dukkha. It's a real treat for an aperitif or simply for snacking. You can also make a crispy spiced crust for fish or poultry, or even use it as a salad topping.

Ingredients: sesame, coriander, sea salt, cumin, thyme, paprika, chili, black pepper.
