After inviting you into my kitchen with my first volume, I wanted to dedicate this second volume to an even greater goal. I needed a spark to awaken my creativity and create a work of profound meaning. I didn't want to lose the essence of Folks & Forks, but I wanted to push it further.

Then, the idea came. Folks & Forks is the very embodiment of sharing! Just as my grandparents passed on their love of cooking to me, I want to pass on this culinary heritage to Mathilde, my own daughter.
