CLEANING
Clean the appliance after each use. Do not use metal cooking utensils or abrasive cleaning products to avoid damaging the non-stick surface.
1. Remove the plug from the wall outlet and allow the appliance to cool. Note: Remove the basket support to help the appliance cool down more quickly.
2. Using a damp cloth, clean the exterior of the fryer.
3. Clean the basket and basket support with a non-abrasive sponge in warm, soapy water. Note: The basket and basket support are dishwasher safe. Tip: If food has stuck to the basket or the bottom of the basket support, fill the tray with warm, soapy water, insert the basket, and let it soak for approximately 10 minutes.
4. Once the appliance has cooled, clean the heating element with a non-abrasive brush to remove any accumulated food residue.

never cut food or use utensils with sharp blades.

• Never pour cold water into the basket holder or basket when they are hot.

could stain or burn the countertop. Always use a trivet.

burner, microwave or hot oven.
