What we call classic garam masala is actually a version with whole spices, all pre-roasted. The formulation is also somewhat different in that it is more fragrant and spicy. The uses for this blend remain the same as for all masalas: in legume dishes, rice, desserts, meats, etc.

Ingredients: Cinnamon, Black Cardamom, Cloves, Cumin, Bay Leaves, Coriander Seeds, Mace, Black Pepper.
