Use and maintenance

Before first use, run the toaster without bread inside for five minutes to eliminate the "new" smell.

Always unplug the toaster before cleaning it. To clean the interior, turn the toaster upside down over the sink and shake it gently.

After toasting, wait for the toaster to cool, then slide out the crumb tray and empty it. The exterior can be wiped with a damp cloth and dried.

How it works

1. Place the 2-slice toaster on a flat, heat-resistant surface and plug it in. Insert up to two slices of bread into the toasting slots, select the required setting, and lower the control lever until it locks.
2. If using frozen bread, press the defrost button immediately and, if warming rolls or croissants, raise the built-in warming rack to the appropriate height.
3. The toaster will stop automatically and you can cancel at any time by pressing the stop button.
