Canadian lobster oil is a product developed with respect for the circular economy by internationally renowned chef Jérôme Ferrer (Grand Chef Relais & Château and Grandes Tables du monde) in Montreal.

It can be used to enhance all fish and seafood dishes such as pasta, rice, pizzas, salads or with tartars, fries, mashed potatoes, gratins, sauces and dressings.

Lobster oil can also be used hot or cold for all your cooking of white or red meats, fish and seafood.

Smoke point: 205°C (400°F)
