As the first Korean matcha to be included in our selection, it asserts itself with its remarkable quality, validated by an expert taster with over 25 years of experience. Cultivated in the Hadong region using a covered cultivation method inspired by the best Japanese matchas, it develops more chlorophyll, which reduces bitterness and provides a rounder texture in the mouth.

The first harvest and shaded cultivation, combined with stone grinding, contribute to its fineness and aromatic richness.

To preserve its freshness, it is recommended to consume matcha within 6 months of opening and to store it in the refrigerator.
