A blend of green, black, Sichuan and Andaliman pepper, with a hint of lemongrass.

This fragrant and pungent blend was born from Ethné's idea to marry a classic pepper with his new favorite, the Andaliman pepper. This small Indonesian pepper, with its rich citrus flavor, was first combined with our finest green and black peppercorns. We then added just the right amount of Sichuan pepper and lemongrass, and we're very proud of the result. Use it with fish and seafood, of course, but also in poultry dishes, vinaigrettes... anywhere you'd use lemon!
