Seafood is very popular all along the East Coast of the United States, especially crab, which is very abundant there. From Maryland to the Carolinas, there is a wide selection of spices for fish and seafood; it is from these classic blends that our East Coast spices are inspired. Composed among other things of paprika, yellow mustard, celery seeds and aromatic spices, it advantageously enhances vegetable or white meat dishes as well as recipes for crabcakes and lobster rolls.
