Native to southern Italy, the Bella di Cerignola olive has an elongated shape, similar to that of a plum. Its flesh is firm and crisp, but not hard, and its flavor is rich and savory. We've created it in four delicious flavors in a blend of oils and natural herbs that you can then use in salads or for cooking, as it's so delectable and balanced.

Uses

Our olives are delicious and perfect for eating on their own. They will be the star addition to appetizers featuring cured meats, artichokes, and cheeses paired with bread, taralli, pizzas, or focaccias. They also pair well with meat and fish dishes.

Distinctive elements

This variety, native to northern Puglia, is protected by a PDO certification due to its unique characteristics, which make it one of the most popular among gourmets. The olives are picked at the end of October, only by expert hands who will avoid damaging them. They are then subjected to a soda treatment to reduce their bitterness, then washed under running water before being placed in brine. They are bright green in color, and their generous flesh represents approximately 85% of the fruit.
