We developed this blend to highlight the fragrance of Quebec spices like sweet fern and balsam fir , to which we have added maple sugar and wild sumac. Slightly tangy, this blend can be combined with the oil and vinegar of your choice, with a little salt, for a tasty vinaigrette. Use in a simple green salad or tomato salad, a mixed salad, or on a plate of grilled zucchini.
