Use and maintenance

Before first use, fill to the MAX with cold water and heat thoroughly. Discard the water and repeat once more, then it's ready to froth cold milk. Clean after each use. Unplug from the mains and wipe with a damp cloth. Never immerse your milk frother in water, but you can remove the whisk to clean it.

Important information for vegans: Use either oat milk or Barista Style almond milk.

How it works

1. To froth milk, simply pour cold milk into the electric milk frother, ensuring the milk level is between the MIN and MAX marks - iced skimmed or non-fat milk is best.
2. Secure the cover, place it on the power base and turn it on.
3.  The nozzle turns off when the milk reaches 70°C, after about one minute.
4. To heat the milk, remove the whisk from the appliance, then follow the procedure above.
