Favuzzi artisanal penne are made from durum wheat semolina and bronze-drawn for a slightly porous texture, ideal for clinging to sauces. Slowly dried at 30°C for 12 to 20 hours, they retain a firm center for perfect al dente cooking. Perfect for cold salads, creamy or cheesy sauces, they guarantee successful pasta dishes every time.

Favuzzi was born in 2001 from the passion of Michel Favuzzi, heir to family traditions rooted in Puglia, Italy.
