The Cuisine::pro® KIYOSHI™ Chef's Knife (20 cm/8") is traditionally known as a cook's knife. It is a versatile knife that is curved to allow the cook to tilt the knife on the cutting board for more precise cutting.
BRAND IDENTIFICATIONThe Cuisine::pro KIYOSHI™ range from THE CUSTOM CHEF™ features distinctive Damascus-inspired blades inspired by traditional Japanese artisans and samurai sword makers, featuring banding and marbling reminiscent of flowing water. Each blade also bears a distinctive Dragon insignia.
Cuisine::pro® KIYOSHI™ knives are crafted from the finest Japanese 420J2 steel and ice-hardened to ensure superior blade strength and durability.
