A Scotch bonnet grown in Quebec, fruity, sweet and very spicy!

The Scotch bonnet pepper is recognized as one of the hottest peppers and is used extensively in various parts of the Caribbean. In Trinidad and Barbados, it is used to make tasty hot sauces, and in Jamaica, it is also used to spice up traditional dishes such as jerk . Its very fruity flavor makes it suitable for adding, in small quantities, to curries or other stews, or even fresh salsas.

Each bag contains approximately 9-10 chilies.
