Joe Beef Steak Sauce has a slight smoky flavor and caramelizes as it cooks, bringing out fruit flavors like apple and plum. It's both spicy and smoky, yet also sweet and fruity.

Each bottle of Joe Beef steak sauce contains 1/4 hand-pitted Quebec plums. All Joe Beef sauces are produced in small batches, handcrafted, following the restaurant's recipe to the letter, just as if it were made on-site. No sauce leaves the warehouse without Dave and Fred's seal of approval.

Serve it with your favorite prime cuts and roasts of beef, veal, or lamb, and brush it on chicken, duck, or pork.
