Rare, precious, and above all delicious, our golden sesame, imported especially for us, comes from the Gökova region of Turkey. Its name comes from its characteristic color, but also from its distinctive character.

Most of this premium sesame is normally produced for the Japanese market, but we were lucky enough to get our hands on some from our friend Sabi. Its flavor is rich and intense, whether roasted or as is, and it produces a smooth and flavorful tahini.
