INGREDIENTS
1.5 cups ice cubes 45 ml pineapple rum 8 mint leaves 15 ml fresh lime juice Club Soda carbonated water 1 tbsp. pineapple 30 ml of Monin pineapple syrup
Glass : Large/Pint
Glass size : 475 oz.
Trim : sprig of mint , pineapple
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix the ingredients except the sparkling drink in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
- Shake vigorously.
- Pour into a glass.
- Top with sparkling drink.
- Serve.
