INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1 / 2 cup(s) of ice cubes
  • 45 ml pineapple rum
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 15 ml fresh lime juice
  • Club Soda
  • carbonated water
  • 1 tbsp. pineapple
  • 30 ml Monin chipotle pineapple syrup
    • Glass : Large/Pint
    Glass size : 475 oz.
    Trim : red pepper , mint sprig , pineapple


    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Mix the ingredients except the sparkling drink in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
    2. Shake vigorously.
    3. Pour into a glass.
    4. Top with sparkling drink.
    5. Serve.
