Our terrine made in 100% duck , is carefully prepared with premium ingredients. Cooked with the best parts of our ducks; the breast and pieces of foie gras. Seasoned with pink pepper and Port wine. The happy marriage of these ingredients gives a unique taste to our terrine.
Instructions for use and conservation: Refrigerate for three hours before serving. Serve cold. Open both lids and gently push towards the widest part. The product will keep for 3-6 days in the refrigerator after opening.
Recommended accompaniments: Our terrine is perfect for brunch. Spread it on toast or nut crackers. It can be served with onion confit, fruit jelly or jam, fresh figs, and pears.
