Infusion for hot tea:

• Bring the water to a boil.
• Add 1 teaspoon of tea to the teapot for each cup of hot water, then add the boiling water.
• Cover and let steep for 3 to 7 minutes.
• Pour into a cup and add milk and sugar or our  blueberry honey if desired.
