Infusion:

• Bring the water to a boil.
• Add one teaspoon of tea to the teapot for every cup of water.
• Pour water into the teapot, cover and let it steep for 3 to 7 minutes.
• Pour into a cup.
• Add milk and sugar, if desired.
• Add blueberry honey to top it all off.
