Our first tonic, the one that won the hearts of Quebecers upon its release in 2016, is a story rooted in the history of Quebec sea buckthorn, juicy and acidic.

How to use it?

• White beers and IPAs;
• Red and white sangria;
• Perfect with still or sparkling cider;
• In iced teas (black), in iced coffee, with sparkling water, orange and carrot juice as well as kombucha;
• In the kitchen to make vinaigrettes with salmon tartare, pork, beef, oysters, strong cheddar cheese and nuts.
