Favuzzi white condiments have a delicate flavor. Produced with grape must concentrate and the same wine vinegars as other balsamic vinegars, they are not aged, and the grapes must be clarified to maintain their clarity.
White balsamic vinegar offers the advantage of being able to be used in a variety of dishes without altering their color. It's perfect for salad dressings, marinades, or even as a finishing touch to a meal. White balsamic vinegar lends itself perfectly to many flavors. For salads, try combining it with green vegetables, roasted vegetables, or fruits like strawberries or oranges. When used as a marinade or in a sauce, white balsamic vinegar pairs well with chicken, fish, pork, or beef. Some basic ingredients to have on hand to accompany white balsamic vinegar include olive oil, herbs, salt, and pepper.
Uses
It will add a sweet and sour flavor to your dishes. Use it to preserve the appearance of your foods, sauces, and dressings without changing their color.
Distinctive elements
In addition to being an organic product, Favuzzi white condiment is free from stabilizing caramel, starch, and glucose syrup. All ingredients are sourced from organic Italian raw materials, GMO-free, and comply with the strictest standards for organic product certification. This condiment has a virtually non-existent sulfite content (less than 10 parts per million). Bunches of Italian grapes of varieties such as Trebbiano, Albana, and Montuni are pressed; the expressed juice (or must) is then separated from the pulp, skin, and seeds to prevent oxidation and discoloration; it is cooked; the resulting white must is finally blended with organic white wine (fermentation agent).
Artisan
By founding their vinegar factory in the Modena region of Italy, Cesare Mazzetti and Marco Bombarda leveraged the expertise passed down through their family from generation to generation. Today, Marco's younger brother, Luca Bombarda, runs the business, whose cellar houses no fewer than 5,600 barrels of traditional Modena balsamic vinegar with a controlled designation of origin.
