INGREDIENTS

  • 15 ml of Monin Rose syrup
  • 15 ml Monin Lavender Lemon Syrup Monin
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 150 ml of soda
  • 150 ml of sparkling water
    • Glass : Large/Pint
    Glass size : 16 oz.
    Trim : Lemon zest, slice or quarter

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Fill the serving glass with ice.
    2. Add the remaining ingredients in the order listed.
    3. Roll to mix from serving glass to other glass and vice versa.
    4. Garnish.
