Magnetic bamboo knife block containing six essential knives for everyday cooking. The magnetic holder showcases the blades behind a protective window, while offering convenient and contemporary storage.
The blades are made of Japanese 420J2 stainless steel and feature a tsuchime hammered finish inspired by traditional Japanese knives. They are sharpened at a 15-20° angle for precise cutting and are cold-hardened to 53 HRC on the Rockwell hardness scale.
Each knife features a partial tang construction and a dark walnut-colored pakkawood handle, complemented by a stainless steel tip for optimal balance.
The magnetic bamboo block protects the blades while allowing them to be displayed elegantly on the countertop.
